We begin with a free 30 minute phone consultation, typically followed by a one hour scoping conversation, we will discuss how we can collaboratively maximize your social mission by effectively using Salesforce. Alpenglow Consulting focuses on collaboration based consulting model because this has been a proven recipe for success: if a technology system is not fully integrated with your mission, vision, and strategy, it may not be used and enthusiastically embraced by staff.
There are various project delivery methods that we offer:
Custom Scoped Projects: Based on time and materials, a standard project is evaluated for the entire roll out and is delivered by the specifications outlined in a pre-determined Scope of Work and Professional Services Agreement.
Tech Support Agreement: Generally applied after a standard project has been deployed. This is a pay-as-you-go agreement that includes 50 hours. Most TSA’s have a “project cap” of 30 hours, so that the entire 50 hours are not deployed in one effort.
Admin Support: For organizations who want ongoing basic support that does not require development. Used primarily for deduplication, training, and configuration. This is also a pay-as-you-go agreement that includes 50 hours. It is billed at a lower hourly rate than Tech Support.
Retained Monthly Consulting
Do you have a Salesforce administrator and/or an existing Salesforce instance? Are you willing to learn to have a low total cost of ownership for your system? With this option, we we have three one hour virtual screen sharing calls with your Salesforce administrator per month using join.me. On the calls, we will discuss any topics to help you improve your use of Salesforce, such as: customization and configuration (page layouts, AppExchange apps, field creation, permissions, reports and dashboards, etc.), best practices, free resources, release management, and more.
